Jason is a senior executive and leader at the intersection of news media business performance and technology. Jason has managed the Digital division of the UK and Ireland’s national news agency; run a financial services marketing agency specialising in driving traders and institutional partners to forex, stock, and derivatives brokerages; created an online advertising representation business for news media; and consulted with news media in more than 40 countries in digital and strategy development.
Jason is based in Copenhagen, Denmark.
Elshad Gojayev

Elshad is a full-stack news media technology specialist with almost two decades of experience strengthening media organisations. Elshad has a deep, hands-on understanding of news media platforms and performance data, and is regularly engaged by publishers to optimise digital operations, analytics, and revenue performance. Elshad’s expertise also spans programmatic advertising and the integration and optimisation of Supply Side Platforms (SSPs) to maximise publisher revenues. Elshad combines strong engineering leadership with a nuanced understanding of the technical and commercial realities of modern media.
Elshad is based in Baku, Azerbaijan.

Jelena is Felixe Nova’s change-management and strategic-communications lead. A certified Core Change Management Practitioner with 15 years’ experience guiding more than 50 organisations through revenue diversification, hybrid business-model pilots, and audience-growth initiatives, she blends digital-product innovation, data-driven marketing, and rigorous impact evaluation to embed change that lasts.
Jelena is based in Belgrade, Serbia.
Bojana Jevtović

Bojana is Felixe Nova’s coaching, proposal-development, and research lead. An intersectoral project-management specialist, she forges evidence-based partnerships across government, civil society, business, and international agencies; designs grant-winning proposals; builds capacity through tailored coaching programmes; and develops monitoring frameworks that demonstrate results—strengthened by accreditations in mental-health assessment, career coaching, and public-sector leadership development.
Bojana is based in Belgrade, Serbia.
